Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bonnie's Box. We offer standard shipping. The standard shipping time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the organization of your local post office. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with your tracking information. 

Please be aware, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delivery delays due to increased mail volume and some localized interruptions to delivery services. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Bonnie's Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The liability for packages that are marked delivered is between the customer and the delivery service provider (USPS or UPS). Please confirm you have input your accurate information so the package is delivered to an address where you will be available to receive it. 

Due to increased mail volume USPS is reporting some shipments are not being scanned which will result in inaccurate tracking information. Occasionally your tracking number may get updated prematurely and shows a package as delivered earlier than the actual delivery. Please allow 48 hours to see if the package shows up.
